Why No Bots Apply?

If you have posted a job recently, you probably received hundreds of applications within hours. The job market is tough and lots of people are looking for jobs but that's not the reason behind this surge, it's something else called Auto Apply or Jobs copilot services.

These services were created with good intentions, helping job seekers to automate the tedious applying process and play the numbers game. The more you apply, the higher chance to get an interview.

However, it got out of hand and started impacting the hiring process. This is just like when 80% of travellers pay premium to get on the fast track in passport control, only to find later that the fast track is more crowded than the normal one.

That's why I created No Bots Apply to protect the hiring process and only allow human applications. Less noise for hiring companies and more chances for candidates.

The service has 3 human verification layers, advanced bot detection, personalised captcha and email verification with a fingerprint technology.

Click on demo, and upload your cv. Within 2 seconds you'll have a question from your CV. The twist here is that answers are animated and moving around the page. So OpenAI operators or Claude computer use will not be able to detect. By the time they take a screenshot, the answer has moved already. There is also time limit to choose the right answer, otherwise it will restart again.

And even if the bot managed to pass these two stages, the email verification will ensure the user is the same user who applied using fingerprint technology.

If you want to know more, book a demo and I'll show you the service in action.
